Our time management course aims at making us capable of channelizing our time in the most constructive manner to get success and quality work within the limited span of time and without stressing about the deadlines.

The training modules are designed to make the participants understand how time management techniques can help them get away with the problems of workload. Module 2: Learning how to identify your personal work style and improve the work balance according to it.
Module 3: Skills of time management-planning, scheduling, organizing, goal setting and prioritizing.
Module 4: Techniques and tools to manage time effectively.
Module 5: Learning how to create effective action plan.
All modules will be run as interactive workshops with a high degree of participation and group exercises.
The time duration for this module can be customized according to the training need analysis and requirement of clients.
