Introduction:

Any organisation runs smoothly based on the skills of its employees. Richard Shell in his book defined negotiation as “Bargaining for Advantages”. It is a process by which a compromise or agreement is reached while avoiding arguments and disputes. Thus, negotiating skills can come in handy while resolving issues.

Negotiation is a key to business success. No business can survive without profitable contracts. This course trains you on negotiating skills that lead to your career advancements.

Module 4: Stages of negotiation.
Module 5: Ethics and reliability.
All modules will be run as interactive workshops with a high degree of participation and group exercises.
