Our Job role assessment program is considered to be a lead program that can help HR professionals to understand the psychological profile of a person for a role. It gives insight about interest and personality of candidate and suitability for a particular job role. We use job description and specification to match employee with the role.
We run this program in dual manner. Our experts can assess the candidate for you and give detailed report. We can also train HR professionals to test their employees.

The modules are designed to give complete understanding of psychological profile of a person for a position. Participants will be given background and introduction to psychometric tools, assessments and types. In pursuit of this aim, the main content of the training text and material has been divided into five distinct modules.
Module 1: Psychometric Testing and Assessment: How it works?
Module 2: Picking out role dimensions from job description and specification.
Module 3: Customizing Psychometric test for role dimensions.
Module 4: Testing and Preparing Profile.
Module 5: Report Interpretation: Gathering meaning of test results and taking decisions.
All modules will be run as interactive workshops with a high degree of participation and group exercises. The tests can be customized as per job position, job description and company’s evolving needs.

The time duration for this module can be customized according to the training need analysis and requirement of clients.
