Interpersonal Effectiveness

Introduction:

Interpersonal skills or the way we communicate and interact with others is one of the chief and the most significant skill required at workplace. Interpersonal effectiveness can help a person to make his place in any setting and that also within a small span of time.

Our interpersonal effectiveness training course aims to make the participants learn how to enhance their relating skills and use them at appropriate time and in appropriate manner to improve their communication and enhance the quality of work life.

After undertaking this training program, participants will be able to:
(a) Cultivate skills to interact effectively with others.
(b) Boost up their self-esteem and confidence.
(c) Improve the quality of their interaction and communication skills.
(d) Being able to express through non-verbal communication.

The training modules are designed to make participants inculcate the skills of interpersonal effectiveness that will help them to present their opinions in much more organized and clear manner. This training will help them to achieve the target of healthy communication by enhancing non-verbal communication and developing listening skills.
In pursuit of this aim, the main content of the training text and material has been divided in to five distinct modules.
Module 1: Understanding interpersonal skills and their potential benefits.
Module 2: Learning how self-awareness helps in improving interpersonal skills.
Module 3: Developing social skills to handle relationships with others.
Module 4: Improving non-verbal communication.
Module 5: Developing active listening.
All modules will be run as interactive workshops with a high degree of participation and group exercises.

The time duration for this module can be customized according to the training need analysis and requirement of clients.
