Having a right candidate with right kind of skill set for a specific position is a big challenge for an HR professional. A person with different kind of skills than required or who is not culturally fit for the organization often ends up being replaced which incur huge cost to the company. In order to make better decisions for hiring and promotion, it is important to test ability and aptitude of candidate so that high job turnover can be avoided.

Our Identifying Abilities & Aptitude training program serves dual purpose. We help you by testing your candidates on these psychometric tools and providing their comprehensive report. We can also train HR professionals of your organization to use these tests for selection and promotion.

The modules are designed to give complete understanding of ability and aptitude testing in organizations. Participants will be given background and introduction to psychometric tools, assessments and types. In pursuit of this aim, the main content of the training text and material has been divided into six distinct modules.
Module 1: Psychometric Testing and Assessment: An Introduction.
Module 2: How Psychometric tests work?
Module 3: Understanding dimensions of Ability and Aptitude.
Module 4: Ability Test: Learning by Doing Session.
Module 5: Aptitude Tests: Learning by Doing Session.
Module 6: Report Interpretation: Gathering meaning of test results and taking decisions.
All modules will be run as interactive workshops with a high degree of participation and group exercises. The tests can be customized as per job position, job description and company’s evolving needs.

The time duration for this module can be customized according to the training need analysis and requirement of clients.
